He ordered the new deadbolt lock that day and I had it installed within two days of the initial call. He put a fill in the old key spot so there was no extra key hole. "Recently, the key to my 2015 VW Beetle broke off the fob and my dealer is in Arizona. Amongst other concerns, the closest VW would be about 40 miles away from Maquon and from past experience, a replacement key would have to be ordered and the price would be well over S400. When I found the number fo Martin's Locksmithing, I was hopeful. Terry was at my place in around 20 minutes. He worked diligently to fix the problem, but finally decided he would need to order a part. It took a couple of days to arrive, but he called as soon it arrived. He spent the time and energy to make sure it worked properly. And, at one third the cost! Thank you, Terry! You're the best!"

"i went to the key shop on henderson st to get a key fob for a 2009 kia. she said they could not get one and i had to go to a kia dealer to get one. those are super expensive! i a year later found martins web site on line and made an appointment. he took apart the Kias door lock, it had blockage in it,got it to work. he then ordered a new fob of my choice and price.it came in the next day and he programed it as i watched in a few minutes at a fraction of kia dealers cost. this guy was friendly and knows what he is doing! i will go back to martins if i ever need lock work!!!!!!!!"
